Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Bernadette and Chubby’s wedding day at Houghton Winery in the Swan Valley and what a beautiful setting for an absolutely perfect day.

As some of you are already aware, this was my first engagement session. My main focus is maternity and newborn photography closely followed by children’s portraiture.
When Bernadette asked me to photograph her wedding, something stopped me from saying no. I’ve always admired wedding photography and spent many hours wandering the online pages of some fantastic wedding photographers over the world. So now is my chance to take a little step into the beautiful world of wedding photography and maybe one day, I’ll take a huge leap into this beautiful world, maybe. 
Bernadette and Chubby are so totally in love and it shows. It was an absolute pleasure to photograph them to celebrate their engagement and I am so grateful for the opportunity… I’m even more excited about their wedding day now! I know it’s going to be a beautiful, romantic day.
